Join the Institute of Physics, Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Gatsby for the first annual Engineers into Physics Teaching Conference.

Why attend?
Engineers are extremely valuable to physics teaching. You are able to use your unique perspective and applied knowledge of physics in the classroom – underpinning a global future for physics and engineering.

For the first time, we want to bring together engineers who teach physics. This event will give you the opportunity to exchange valuable insights and resources, discuss your experiences as a teacher, and feedback about the support you need from your professional institution.

We know that encouraging more engineers to teach physics can only be a great thing. Your feedback will also help to inform our future activities to encourage greater participation of engineers in the teaching profession.
