This online CPD session is part of the IOP’s DOMAINS programme and is aimed at all teachers of KS5 physics.

Session Objectives
The focus of this session will be ways of teaching Electricity, including reflecting on the IOP DOMAINS Electricity videos on IOP Spark. We would encourage you to watch some of these videos before the session, though it is not essential.
The session will help you to ensure students fully understand the basics and will cover ways of teaching about series and parallel and modelling electric circuits. There will be worked examples and advise for practical work .
Please feel free share any questions you have during the session, or add your questions/comments to the ‘additional requirements’ section of the booking form.

Who is this event suitable for?
This event is suitable for all teachers of KS5, or age range 16+, physics. Experienced IOP coaches Ant Cliffe, David Farley, Phil Furneaux and Steve Pearce will host the session and will be there to expand on the content, answer your questions and provide support.

Regional events
This is a regional event. We welcome colleagues from other regions, but priority will be given to colleagues based in the North West.
