In this session we will be looking at setting up and carrying out ripple tank experiments with cheap, non-specialist equipment that many pupils may be able to do at home. If time allows we will also look at the simulations available and other wave-related practicals. The session will be aimed mainly at KS4 students with some aspects applicable to A-level as well.
We would encourage you to watch the pre-session video on ripple tanks before the session. Please feel free to bring along any questions you have.
