This session is part of the IOP DOMAINS online CPD programme and covers aspects of the electricity and magnetism domain. We’ll be looking at how to develop students’ circuit building skills and how to troubleshoot! We’ll be looking at measuring potential difference and current in series and parallel circuits. We’ll also explore factors that effect resistance.
We will also reflect on the DOMAINS CPD videos on electricity, specifically ‘factors that affect resistance‘ and would encourage you to watch this video before the session if you can. If there any specific issues that you would like to discuss during the session, please list them in the “additional requirements” box when booking and we will do our best to address them. Alternatively, please feel free to bring along any questions you have.
