The Maths on Monday Series will cover a range of topics of use to all teachers of science who teach the physics component of GCSE science.

Session 04: Decimal Points and Significant Figures (Liz Nourshargh)

If your students get confused about the difference between significant figures and decimal places, then this is the session for you as we will look at the appropriate usage of each one in Science.

This session will last for 1 hour, with 45 minutes for the main presentation and 15 minutes for questions.

Next session: 23 November – Powers of Ten and Standard Form with Mark Whalley
