The Maths on Monday Series will cover a range of topics of use to all teachers of science who teach the physics component of GCSE science.
Session 07: Vectors: adding and resolving (Mark Whalley)
So what are vectors, how to you represent them and how can you resolve them into components or add them together. In this practical session we’ll look at some ways of doing this.
To get the most out of this session come with a 30cm ruler, a set square, a protractor and squared/graph paper.
This session will last for 1 hour, with 45 minutes for the main presentation and 15 minutes for questions.
Next session: 01 February 2021 – Graphs 1 with Liz Nourshargh
