Some physical quantities, such as Force, are directional. As soon as you describe a force, it’s possible to ask about its direction. You can’t answer that it has no particular direction, or any direction at all. These directional quantities are described using vectors and are the subject of this CPD.
In this session we will focus on how we can graphically add together two vectors and also how to resolve a vector into its components. We will also deal with using scale drawings to do this.
Required materials: ruler, paper (preferably graph) and a pen.
The joining link will be emailed to you in advance of the session. Please note that the link will be emailed to the email address that you provide at registration.
