Practical work engages students and can impact on the development of specific skills, scientific reasoning, attitudes, and attainment. The session will reference the EEF report on improving secondary science (https://educationendowmentfoundation.org.uk/tools/guidance-reports/improving-secondary-science/) and the importance of knowing the purpose of practical work and planning for “minds-on” as well as “hands-on” practical work.
Registration for the event will close at lunchtime on the day of the event. Log-in details will be emailed to registered delegates on the day of the event. Please check junk mail folders if you have not received log-in details before the event. Contact [email protected] if you have a problem.
