Event Information

21 March 2019
4:15 pm - 5:45 pm
Event categories:

This session focusses on teaching radioactivity at KS4.

It will cover both the theory and practical demonstration work that is appropriate for GCSE. However, it is not always possible to use radioactive sources in a lesson, so part of the session will focus on practical activities that can be done without the use of them.

The workshop is suitable for any teachers of physics including non specialists and recently qualified.

The session is free of charge and refreshments will be available upon arrival.
