Regional Physics Day in Canterbury

Event Information

9:15 am - 4:15 pm
Event categories:

A brand new Regional Physics Day in Canterbury! All are welcome to this full – and FREE – day of training and workshops for all teachers of physics (whether a specialist or not) and trainees.

The day is run, organised and funded by the IOP’s Stimulating Physics Network and Physics Partners.

Workshops will address subject knowledge and include hands-on practicals on a wide range of physics topics from KS3, 4 and 5, plus a chance to network with colleagues from across the region. When booking opens you will be able to choose workshops and build your own programme for the day. Whilst the programme will be primarily designed with teachers in mind, technicians may benefit from the more practical workshops.

Lunch and refreshments provided.

Numbers are limited so register your interest here and we will get in contact with you when booking opens for this event later in the Autumn Term (Term 2).

We look forward to seeing you there!
