Despite the removal of a lot of relevant content from the curriculum there is still ‘space’ to teach about space. In this Link school session, we’ll be discussing how space can be an engaging context for much curriculum content. We’ll be exploring the misconceptions that occur in the classroom and we’ll, naturally, be covering the relevant aspects of cosmology that do still appear on GCSE specs.
The session is run, organised and funded by the IOP’s Stimulating Physics Network. It is free to teachers, technicians and trainees.
