The waiting list is now open for the 2018 First Year Cambridge Summer School, and spaces are regularly becoming available! Email [email protected] for a space.
What Happens on this Programme?
Our First Year programme covers core topics such as electricity, energy and forces. You’ll be exposed to a range of ideas and resources to address teaching issues, such as gender balance in the classroom.
This Summer School is for teachers at secondary schools who teach physics whose specialism is not physics.
If you’re new to our Summer Schools, then this is the programme for you.
As we’re funded by the DfE, these courses are at no cost to you. We provide meals, accommodation – and reimburse reasonable travel costs.
*Please make sure you read both the Cambridge Terms And Conditions and the Behaviour Policy for attending this summer school. By registering for a place, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these.*
At this point, the Summer School is fully booked. However, we do receive cancellations and are maintaining a waiting list. If you register on this event, you will be added to the waiting list. Please email [email protected] with questions or to join the waiting list.
All participants are expected to attend the Summer School for its whole duration.
